Our coordinators check your detailed conditions and offer you a plan and a cost estimate.
Order and Make a Contract
If you agree with the price and delivery time, place your order by Email or Fax. We start making arrangements as soon as we check the contract.
* If it is your first order, or you are an individual, we normally ask you pay in advance.
Translation Process
Translation
According to your needs and the field of work, our coordinator selects a professional translator in that field. We translate with the highest care, so when there is anything to be confirmed on the document, we contact you through our coordinator.
Proofread ➞ Check
After translation by a professional, we proofread and check the documents. We find any mistakes or oversights, and make sure that the same expressions are used for the same terms, etc. Through this process, we edit the words and expressions and create a sophisticated translation.
* Quick Quality does not include this double-checking process.
Native Check
In the above process (Translation ➞ Proofread ➞ Check), a native speaker of the language (Japanese native speaker in the case of English➞Japanese translation) checks the documents after translation to ensure it is natural.

Layout / DTP
Since the number of words may differ from one language to another, we adjust the disarrangement in layout occurring from translation.
This process may not be included, depending on your plan.
From Delivery to End
Service Delivery
When we finish, we send you the translation via Email (or other methods).
Check by Client
Please check the translation. If you have any questions, please let us know.
After-Sales Service (Q&A/Revision)
Your coordinator is happy to answer questions you ask. If you would like to revise the translation, we offer you a free revision service, usually once.
* It is possible that we charge a fee for revision depending on the situation.
Payment
After completion of work, we send a bill by the agreed date.
