Get Your Plan and Estimated Cost
Our coordinators check your detailed conditions and offer you a plan and a cost estimate.
Order and Make a Contract
If you agree with the plan, price and other conditions, place your order by Email or Fax. We start arranging as soon as we check the contract.
* If it is your first order, or you are an individual, we normally ask you pay in advance. In this case, we start arranging when we receive the money.
Process
Prepare the Documents
Please send us the information a week – 3 days in advance. The information should be materials to pass around in the meeting, presentation materials, documents that explain the purpose of the communication and background, schedule and agenda, name, company and position of the attendees, floor map etc.
Meeting
If it requires technical knowledge or a high level of accuracy, we need to have 1-2 hours of meeting time 3 days (or more) before the day. If you would like to interpret a chairman or a seminar, it may be necessary to have training for the interpreter or a program rehearsal.
* If it is your first time to order an interpretation service, we recommend you to have 2 or more weeks of a preparation period.
Interpretation
We prepare the equipment and brief carefully before interpretation. Our coordinator also supports operations if necessary.
After Service
Payment
We send you a bill before the day we agree upon the work. (If it is your first order, or you are an individual, we kindly ask you pay in advance.)
Feedback From Our Clients
We have an optional questionnaire about our services. We are improving our services with your feedback.
To Those Who Use Our Service for the First Time
Please note that: in order to keep our service quality, we do not deliver the services on the same day or the next day of your first contact.
The Number of Interpreters Needed
Interpretation requires a great deal of mental stamina and is a really exhausting task to do, so it is difficult to undertake a long running job with only one translator. In order to have effective communication, more than two interpreters may be needed. The numbers of interpreters each occasion usually needs are as follows.
Consecutive Translation
One for half a day, two for all-day.
Simultaneous Translation
Two for half a day, three for all-day.
It is possible, however, to coordinate the number depending on the speciality (level of the interpretation contents), accuracy, budget etc. Please contact us for further details.
